California Sourthern, a Small Business Development Corporation is organized as a Non Profit, Public Benefit Corporation. We contract with the State of California, Trade and Commerce Agency, Office of Small Business to administer the State's Loan Guarantee Program. While we can guarantee a loan anywhere in the State, our primary service area encompasses San Diego and Imperial counties.
